Who we are

This site is published by Roland Street LLC, based in Charlotte, NC. Questions about this notice go to rich@rolandstreet.com.

What you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, firm and message. They arrive as an email to the principals and are used only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

If you book a call, the scheduling page is provided by Microsoft. It collects your name, email address and the time you choose, and sends the booking to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors reach the site. It sets cookies and receives your browser type, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We keep this data for fourteen months and use it only in aggregate. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to rich@rolandstreet.com. We will reply within thirty days.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
